Horizontal egg collection

● The end rotary wheel belt tensioning mechanism can adjust the tension and deviation of the egg collection belt;
● Each horizontal egg collection layer is equipped with a collection plate at the bottom to collect soft and broken eggs and dust;
● High-quality aluminum alloy egg conveyor tube ensures the strength of the conveyor tube and effectively filters soft and broken eggs;
● The egg collection guide device ensures that the eggs are evenly distributed into the elevator to collect eggs, reducing collisions between eggs and improving egg collection efficiency;
● The bottom of the egg collection belt roller and the tail end of the egg collection belt are equipped with brushes to clean the dust, chicken feathers and other debris on the egg collection belt while collecting eggs;
● The sprocket box adopts a closed structure, which is beautiful and generous, avoiding the sprocket transmission from causing harm to humans and animals, and the sprocket chain does not get dusty.
