Stacked cage broilers.
Specifications: 1250mm long*1000mm deep*450mm high; 1250mm long*800mm deep*450mm high;
1400mm long*1000mm deep*450mm high; 1400mm long*800mm deep*450mm high;
1400mm long*1200mm deep*450mm high; 1400mm long*1400mm deep*450mm high;
1200mm long * 1500mm deep * 500mm high (feeding tray and line feeding);
Material: 1. The cage frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the surface is galvanized at 275g/m².
2. The cage mesh is welded with 275g hot-dip galvanized wire; specifications include: cage length 1000-1500mm optional; cage depth 700-1500mm optional; cage height 420-450mm optional.
Stacked broiler cage equipment can be stacked in 3 to 4 layers. The chicken house is generally designed to have a width of 16 to 18 meters and a length of 70 to 100 meters. Note the water height. 3-layer stacked cages generally have a net height of 3 meters under the beam. 4-layer stacking The cage generally has a net height of 3.5 meters under the beam; taking white-feathered broilers as an example, 25,000 to 60,000 broiler chickens can be raised. In a limited area, the feeding capacity is greatly increased. It saves feed, reduces labor and improves the economic benefits of breeding.
The house design of stacked broiler cages generally adopts a closed design, and the environmental controller can be effectively used to automatically adjust the temperature, humidity, and ventilation in the chicken house.
The broilers raised in cascading broiler cages are raised in layers, so the breeding volume can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Since the caged breeding clusters do not cluster with each other, it is more convenient to manage and observe the health status of the poultry.
Feces can be processed centrally and cleaned once a day. It is controlled by the host motor, which is convenient and quick, and saves manpower.
